I will agree with the thing about the mustard making it all go down just a bit better though. From there we go down the line with decreasingly palatable choices such as “bologna sammich with catsup”, to fried bologna sammich” to “fried bologna sammich with catsup” etc, etc. Starting at the very beginning with “bologna sandwich. Basically it just comes down to levels of “least offensive”.

However, after the ten days off from dec 24-jan3 since the gym was closed, i feel like i'm starting all over lol. Last time i did it i was pretty well spent after about 4 sets of ten at 130 tho, i doubt it will have gone up all too much, but i have gained a decent amount of muscle mass overall since then.
